1. All participating teams; are expected to conduct themselves in a professional<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 and non-disruptive manner at all times.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Any participant; family or team at any time that violates the rules;<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 procedures; and regulations; may be penalized accordingly.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3. A penalty may include; not included; not limited to; probation, disqualification,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 suspension, expulsion and\/ or fines.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
B. Participant\u2019s Guest and\/or Sponsors<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. All participating teams are responsible for any\/all guests, sponsors, etc.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Anyone who is deemed to be associated with a participating team, who<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 by conducting themselves in a disruptive manner, shall be deemed to have<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 violated the rules; procedures; regulations; and may cause a participating team<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0 member to be penalized accordingly.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Driver Safety \/ Kart Operation-<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A. Safety Check of Karts<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. It is the kart owners; handlers; responsibility to insure their karts are in a<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 safe operating condition.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. A kart that is deemed unsafe will be barred from participating or<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0 racing, until the necessary changes are made and approved upon inspection.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
B. Driver Safety Equipment Check<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. Participants must use approved racing apparel, helmets, gloves, neck collar,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 arm restraints, and any other available safety equipment available on<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the open market as maybe required by the sanctioning body of any event.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a02. Spot checks maybe required at any given time.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
C. Karts Numbers<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. It is the responsibility of each kart owner\/driver; that their karts<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 display numbers that are legible from the scoring tower.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Duplicate numbers will not be allowed in the same class \/ division.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3. The kart number that is registered to a driver that enters on the 1st<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 race of the point series cannot change their number.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4. Numbers must be; light on dark background or dark on light backgrounds,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 if scorers cannot read the numbers; driver will not be scored.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5. Caged vehicles must have [ 4 ]\u00a0 numbers; 1 on rear, 1 on front, two on number<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 panels mounted on upper rear; portion on each side of cage.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6. Flat karts must have [ 4 ] numbers; one on front nose;<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 one (1) on left portion of the nose, one (1) on right portion of nose,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0 one (1) on each side, and one (1) number panel mounted on rear Bumper.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7. If a kart does not have the legible numbers on the vehicle as required;<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 driver will not be scored.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
8. If a kart that does not have when assigned transponder in the designated<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 place as required; driver will not be scored.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
9. On any given race event, when more than one entry in a class has the same number, ‘ARS’<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
reserves the right to mandate a change of the driver’s number, and that number will be used for<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
scoring for the duration of the points race season.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
D. Racing Conditions of the Track<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. Racing conditions of the track will be decided by the Chief Steward \/ Director.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. The flagman may stop a race at any time due to track conditions.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
E. Safety \u2013 Teams<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. No one is to enter the interior portion of the track Fencing (restricted area)<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 during a practice or race event, unless approved to do so by the chief Steward<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \/Race Director.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. The restricted area includes; Line up grid, entrance to track surface, infield,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 pit row, pit boxes, exit from track surface, including the exit grid\/scale area.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3. Only (2) team members per kart maybe allowed in the restricted<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 areas at any time.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4. Only (2) team handlers during a practice or race must stand in the<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 designated areas.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5. Designated area for only (2) team members is behind the fence, off turn two.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6. Team Handlers during a practice or race shall not block the view of<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the spectators \/ race fans on the bleachers.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7. Any team who does not follow these procedures; may cause for<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0 their Driver to be disqualified for the day.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
F. Shutting off or stalling cars<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. Regarding any Driver while on the track surface causes a car or kart to<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 shut off or stall during a race to gain an advantage; should such action take place,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 and it is deemed not to be of a mechanical fault; shall result in a<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 black flag; no points shall be awarded.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
G. Tire Rule – ****Open Tire****<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. In the event of a flat tire, after getting approval from a race official,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the flat tire maybe replaced with a new tire in a hot pit.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Driver may run only one set of \u2018new\u2019 tires at each race event, same set in both<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018heats\u2019 and \u2018features\u2019.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

A. Determining Racing Position<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. A designated scorer determines; the lineup.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Pit Steward informs; enforces; the lineup.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3. After green flag has been thrown; any adjustments to the lineup are communicated<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 between the scoring tower; Chief Steward\/Director.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
B. Practice<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. Practice will commence once a designated person is in place,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 continuously observing the track.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Only one division will practice at a time, unless approved by the Chief Steward\/Director.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3. At no time will any rookie division practice with a competitive class.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
D. Pole Kart Responsibility<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. When \u2018Green\u2019 flag is displayed, the pole position car must \u2018fire\u2019 between<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 turns three (3) and four (4.)<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
E.\u00a0 Position \/ End of Race<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. The race is over when the checkered flag is dropped.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Finishes will be determined by the order in which karts cross the finish line.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

1. All fees \/charges must be paid prior to anyone entering the premises or<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 track surface on race day.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
G. Points to be awarded<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. Feature Race Only<\/strong> \u2013 point values<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1st = 50, 2nd = 48, 3rd = 46, 4th on down will decrease by One Point<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
H. Race Day Awards<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. All awards will be based on Feature results. (Not Points)<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2. Scale for Awards on Race Days to be determined on the number of participants per class.<\/p>\n

3. Award distribution is based on kart count. 1-3 karts in a class will be awarded 1 trophy. 1-5 karts in a class will be awarded 2 trophies. 6 or more karts in a class will be awarded 3 trophies.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

J. Races to be dropped<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. A \u2018Code of Conduct\u201d and\/or \u201cTechnical\u201d infraction cannot be used as a drop race.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Drivers must compete in 50% of events of season to be eligible for end of the season awards.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
K. Loss of Driver Points<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a01. Karts must take the Green Flag to receive points.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a02. Points for non-finishers will be awarded according to their position in the field<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0when their kart dropped out.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a03. Karts disqualified for the following will receive ‘NO’ points; “Code of Conduct”,<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0“Flagrant Rough Driving”, and\/or “Technical Infraction”.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

L. Rain-Out Days<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1. In the event of a complete \u201cRain-Out\u201d, all registered drivers in the Championship Series will be awarded 50 points, if practice was started before the Chief Steward\/Director announces the event to be officially “Rained Out”.<\/td>\n\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
